This is a mixed media painting from a new series called "Heart & Soul". I'm exploring the female psyche in the 21st century. This painting is 30" square. I love the square shape for composition. I have combined realism with abstract. I love the mosaic pattern created with fabric I printed on my computer. The title (Forgive me if I snap at you. I'm myself today.) came from the feeling of the painting. She's feeling blue, a little anti-social but optimistic.
