Michele Brody, Seeing Below from Above, copper, plexiglass, flax paper with flax seeds, drip irrigation system, 8'7" x 4'2" x 5'10"

An installation at Central Michigan University where a pathway of bowls filled with paper pulp and seeds lead to a house with hand-made paper shingles planted with seeds on top of a plexi glass roof. Over time the seeds in the bowls sprouted while the water in the paper pulp dissolved, and the seeds on the roof sprouted with the aid of an overhead watering system.
