John Andrew, Through this wall, 2008, ink on paper & a room, dimensions variable

A single framed drawing is hung in an otherwise empty space, through the use of text the room becomes personified. The installation addresses the immediate personification of the mundane, the possibility of what exists on the other side (good or bad), and the idea of potentially facing a metaphorical wall and beating your way through it. With a head or otherwise.
