Summer 2000 Art studies abroad in Italy through the University of Siena, Villanova University and Rosemont College specifically in art restoration, drawing and painting.

Internships
2001 Senior Artist Initiative
Interviewed painter Louise Zimmerman Stahl and created an oral history of her accumulated work for the library at Moore College of Art & Design. I also contributed a written account of Louise's artwork for legal purposes with reviewing her estate.

2001 Leonardo Drew Project
In cooperation with the Fabric Workshop, this project allowed a sculptor, Leonardo Drew, to achieve his ideas using everyday objects in installation. As a volunteer, I formed the paper ghost molds using bookbinding glue to cast found objects. Number 80, an installation by Leonardo Drew exhibited at the Fabric Workshop from May 10 - August 16, 2002.

Professional Experience

2005-Current Manager/ Buyer/Administrative Assistant, The Carpenters' Company, Philadelphia, PA
- Update exhibit space to give visitors an interactive and educational experience in the museum.
- Maintain and archive 200-year-old artifacts as well as the personal and professional information of more than 200 Carpenters' Company Members.
- Develop monthly revenue reports; bi-annual inventory; manage mail orders, shop budget, event packets/ mailers.
- Work as the liaison during architectural lecture series for Delaware Valley Green Building Council and Classical America and as an assistant for events including the 2006, 2008 and 2010 Master Builder Award Galas, Building Information Modeling Seminars, and corporate and non-profit events.

2005 Visitor Experience Officer, Once Upon a Nation, Philadelphia, PA
- Served as a production assistant during performances in various locations during evening tours of Independence Hall.

2003-04 Assistant Manager, Sci-Store, The Franklin Institute, Philadelphia, PA
- Established and pursued a continuing relationship with Moore College selling student and alumnae artwork inspired by current exhibits
- Acted as a key contact for cash handling, troubleshooting, and customer relations, coordinated visual merchandising with Retail Buyer, processed mail orders and oversaw inventory.
- Created employee manual of Sci-Store procedures, working with the Human Resources Director and Store Manager.
- Supervised and trained a staff of 15-20 employees, 2-3 volunteers and an occasional intern.

- Held a temporary position during the Degas exhibition.

- Focused on membership sales and motivated staff to meet project goals.
- Calculated daily totals for the bank deposit and prepared daily membership reports.
- Provided critical support between front-line membership staff and Box Office Manager.
