Scott Neary's international reputation as a visual artist was established during a ten-year residence in the Netherlands. During that period, his arresting images of contemporary American scenes fascinated Dutch collectors and critics eager to understand the growing influence of the American experience on global culture. His work is featured in many prominent European and American collections, both public and private. Neary currently divides his time between Manhattan, where he maintains his studio on Union Square, and a studio and home in southwest France.
